The Tettegouche State Park High Falls Trail features some of the most dramatic scenery along Minnesota’s North Shore. The route leads visitors through dense northern forests and over rugged terrain, culminating at the spectacular High Falls of the Baptism River — one of the tallest waterfalls entirely within Minnesota.
This section is part of the Superior Hiking Trail system and offers numerous viewpoints, with seasonal variation adding unique charm throughout the year.
